Apple Pie Enchiladas
1 (21 oz) can Apple Pie Filling 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 c Butter 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Brown Sugar 1/2 c Water 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 6 (8-in) Flour Tortillas |
Spoon 1/4 c of pie filling down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up and tuck in sides as you roll to end. Spray a 2 qt baking dish with Pam and place in dish with seam side down. In a sauce pan, bring butter, sugars, and water to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugars. Add vanilla. Pour sauce over tortillas and let rest 45 min. Do not rush resting time. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees or until golden brown. |
